Yea, we had a guy once that cut the electricity line when he was cutting his tree and they had a terrible time getting him down as they had to shut off electricity and everything.

Oh wait, It's winter so I don't think it matters. And anyway, I have a protective cage thingy that stops me from touching it.

I have my original case on my computer, I usually take it outside once every year and blow the dust out. Since it seems to collect some dust sometimes.

Eeek. Yes, I'd say you should. If it's off for cooling reasons, you'll find that if you've got a couple of fans in your case it will (should) run much cooler.
